Daily Electrolytes is suitable for everyone. The powder mainly contains potassium and magnesium, minerals that are harder to obtain from food compared to sodium (from salt). The potassium-to-sodium ratio (10:1) is based on natural sources like coconut water.

351 mg Potassium from potassium citrate
NoordCode Daily Electrolytes provides 351 mg of potassium per serving (18% of the reference intake). Nutrition experts recommend potassium citrate for its good bioavailability.

100 mg Magnesium citrate (Aquamin™ Mg Soluble)
Daily Electrolytes contains 100 mg of magnesium per serving (27% of the reference intake). NoordCode chooses Aquamin™ Mg Soluble magnesium citrate for its excellent bioavailability and water solubility. Aquamin™ Mg Soluble magnesium is derived from sea minerals and provides natural trace minerals.

35 mg Sodium and 50 mg Chloride from unrefined sea salt
NoordCode uses unrefined sea salt as a source of sodium and chloride. Each serving provides 35 mg of sodium (no reference intake) and 50 mg of chloride (6% of the reference intake). Thanks to a careful purification process, the unrefined sea salt is free from microplastics.
Recommended usage

Dissolve 3 g (1 heaped scoop) in 500 mL of water, 1–2 times per day. Adjust the ratio of electrolytes to water to suit your taste.

Leave the desiccant pouch in the container and close the lid quickly and fully between uses to prevent clumping.
